We were tasked with creating an Ad for the Flipboard app to spread awareness for a social, political, or environmental issue we care about. A friend of mine was facing getting kicked out by her parents at the time so I chose to cover youth homelessness.
Below are some of my first comps. They are both awful and I ended up using neither of these. I did, however, use the statistic from the second comp in a more visually engaging way.
